About The Park
Welcome to Camp Elim RV Park & Campground Near Rolla, MO
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and how we came to be. Looking back to when we first started back in 2021, this whole endeavor of building an RV park all came to be when the good Lord told us to build it.
We had already owned this piece of land for quite a few years, never too sure what to do with it, and when He put it on our hearts to build an RV park that is exactly what we set out to do in the Fall of 2021. Looking back on it now, we realize just how naive we were to think that we would be open for business come Spring of 2022. But spring came and went. Then a year went by, and then another. We ran into every possible setback you could think of. For three years we faced a spiritual battle that kept this project at a standstill. Our funding for the build was completely stripped from us halfway through the project. We continued to push through as we knew that this was what we were called to do.
What kept us going were the multiple prophecies we received from not only spiritual leaders in our lives, but from complete strangers as well. We knew without a doubt that this was going to be a resting place for people to come to get filled and renewed, ready to be sent back out into the World.
For the first time, we had to truly walk out living by faith, knowing that we could not build this park through our own works, no matter how much effort and work we put into it. The Lord will have to provide in every way if this is what He wants. Realizing that this was bigger than us, we gave it all to God. If He said to build it, then He was going to have to provide the finances for us to finish this job.
Not to spoil the ending for you, but that is exactly what the Lord has done and we are more than elated to be able to say we are open for business.

This verse is what led us to call the RV Park, Camp Elim. It talks about when God led the Jews out of Egypt to free them from being enslaved. On their long journey to the Promised Land, they stopped and camped at a place called Elim where they rested and recovered before they continued on their journey. This story outlines our mission: to create a welcoming haven where people from all over can come camp, and find restoration before continuing on their journey to their next destination.
